The lemon sorbet is made from fresh lemons selected and pressed by hand. This sorbet gives way to all the freshness of lemon, direct trip to Sicily.
This sorbet is made in a 100% homemade way in the laboratory of Villeneuve d’Ascq of Gelato & Coffee Artisan Glacier.
Ingredients: Lemon, water, sugar, dextrose, carob seed flour, guar flour, xanthan gum
Net weight : 500ml
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before use. Do not refreeze a thawed product.
