Chocolate ice cream

The chocolate sorbet is made from our bean to bar chocolate and contains no dairy products.
The chocolate can thus reveal all its flavors without being denatured by the cream or milk.

The result is a soft, frothy sensation in the mouth.

This sorbet is the ideal alliance of two skills present at Hill Bar and Gelato & Coffee Artisan Glacier, that of chocolate and that of ice cream.



Ingredients: Water, chocolate 70% (cocoa beans, sugar), cane sugar, glucose, cocoa, dextrose, carob seed flour

Net weight : 500ml

Remove from freezer 10 minutes before use. Do not refreeze a thawed product.
