To ensure a process that brings out all the qualities of the cocoa bean, Hill Bar works according to the Bean to Bar tradition. The best organic beans are carefully selected, hand-sorted, roasted, crushed and conched directly in our workshop. The result is a chocolate bar of inimitable quality.

No lecithin, no added cocoa butter. Made in a workshop using nuts, milk and gluten.
